Editorial Policy

Original Submissions Only

IJRDO Journal strictly considers original submissions that have not been previously published or submitted elsewhere. Prior, duplicate, or redundant publications are not permitted, including substantially similar work or abstracts published in conference proceedings. Authors are responsible for disclosing any previous submissions, publications, conference reports, preprints, or related material that could be considered duplicate or prior publication to IJRDO Journal.

Editorial Screening & Peer Review

Initial Editorial Screening

All manuscripts submitted to IJRDO Journal undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their suitability for the journal, originality, academic quality, scope, and ethical compliance.

Double-Blind Peer Review

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential. Each manuscript is normally evaluated by at least two independent reviewers.

Editorial Decisions

Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, originality, scientific or academic quality, ethical soundness, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal's scope, without discrimination based on nationality, institutional affiliation, gender, personal beliefs, or other irrelevant personal characteristics.

Author Responsibilities

Authors must ensure that their submissions are original, have not been previously published, except where recognized preprint servers are permitted, and are not under consideration by another journal.

Research Integrity & Ethics

Authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their work and must avoid plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, inappropriate manipulation of research findings, and infringement of copyright or third-party rights.

All authors must disclose any potential financial, professional, or personal conflicts of interest relevant to the submitted work.

Research involving human participants or animals must comply with applicable ethical standards and institutional or regulatory requirements. Where required, manuscripts must include information regarding ethics committee or institutional review board approval and informed consent. Authors may be required to provide evidence of ethical approval or consent during the editorial process.

Editor & Reviewer Responsibilities

Editors

Editors of IJRDO Journal ensure the fair, unbiased, consistent, and confidential handling of manuscripts. Editorial decisions are made independently on the basis of academic and scholarly considerations and must remain free from inappropriate publisher, commercial, financial, or personal influence. Editors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and ensuring that appropriate reviewers are selected for the evaluation process.

Reviewers

Reviewers are expected to provide objective, confidential, timely, and constructive evaluations of submitted manuscripts. Reviewers must assess manuscripts objectively, disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest, maintain confidentiality, and notify the editor of any suspected plagiarism, research misconduct, ethical concerns, or significant issues identified during the review process.

Misconduct & Corrections

IJRDO Journal treats allegations of publication or research misconduct seriously. Where credible concerns arise, the journal may conduct an appropriate investigation and take necessary action, which may include requesting clarification or supporting documentation, issuing corrections, publishing expressions of concern, or retracting articles where justified. Such actions are intended to protect the accuracy, transparency, and integrity of the scholarly record.
